Canceling your membership
Sundancenow.com sign-ups:
If you signed up with a credit card via our website, you must cancel through a web browser on your computer, tablet, or via the mobile web on your smartphone. At the moment, you cannot cancel your account in our apps for iOS and Android.
Click on My Account in the top right-hand corner of the site
Scroll to the Membership Settings section
Click the option to Cancel Subscription
Device sign-ups:
If you are having trouble canceling via the Sundance Now website, it’s likely that you signed up through Apple, Google Play, Roku, Samsung, or Amazon Prime's add-on subscription, in which case, see our troubleshooting instructions for each individual service below:
